Vehicle Detail
First and most important, please check our feedback. Also note that the vehicle is being sold with emergency lighting, strobes, siren, public address, etc. The car IS NOT street legal as an everyday driver. This 2004 Crown Victoria P71 is a show winner. It could be placed into police service with new radio equipment. The radio currently installed is receive only. This vehicle is only a two owner. It was purchased in 2004 by the South Elgin, IL Police Department. It was assigned to a supervisor who took extremely good care of it. We have every single service record ever done to the car. The car was placed up for sale in 2012 when we purchased it. This is no ordinary P71. Besides all the lighting it has a 42” LCD TV in the trunk that raises and lowers by an electric hydraulic lift. It has a Magnavox blu-ray player, full sound bar with sub woofer, a wii game console, extra HDMI hook up, a laptop hook-up and more. This car is completely self contained power wise using a deep cycle 12v battery and 2000W invertor. You can get up to five hours using the Wii and TV on a single charge. The car has been featured on several news station across Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. The car was built to represent the National Law Enforcement Officer’s Memorial in Washington. However, the agreement with the Memorial is that when sold the rose and shield logos must be removed. The purchaser must sign an agreement that they will remove the “Rose & Shields”. This car has represented many law enforcement officers that have been killed in the line of duty and has several decals of those officers that gave the ultimate sacrifice. In addition the car has appeared at many different parades, and other official police functions including Police Officer Memorials. Mechanically the car is outstanding and has roughly 98,000 original miles. The car does have one rust spot on the passenger rear dog leg. This was typical on all P71’s during this time. Please feel free to message me through ebay. The starting bid is only a small fraction of what is invested in this tribute vehicle. Lighting is as follows; flashing strobes in all four corners, blue leds on each front fender, red & blue strobes behind the grill, flashing blue LED’s on passenger interior visor and finally inside rear deck and upper window alternating red and blue LED’s along with front wig-wags. This car is featured on a video of outakes on the DVD “Heroes Behind The Badge / Sacrifice and Survival” There are also You-Tube videos posted on the internet. Please visit the car's Facebook Page: "National Law Enforcement Officers Mobile Memorial"
