This truck is finished in Blue and has a complementary Blue vinyl interior. Overall, this is a very nice driver that will be definitely be enjoyed for years by its new owner. This 1975 Ford F100 pickup was purchased by its last owner in 1992. It started life as a 300 cid 6 cylinder truck which he replaced with a 1977 Mercury Cougar drivetrain. This included a Mercury 351 cid motor (with 27,000 miles) and heavy duty C6 transmission along with a 9 inch rear end center section; this gives the truck awesome highway manners. It also had power steering, and overload springs added and in the last 8 years has been repainted, the seat has been recovered and the dash has been replaced; also, the windows have new felt. About 6 years ago a brand new heavy duty radiator was installed along with new hoses and lines. This truck has been garage kept in the south and has only been driven about 3,000 miles in the last 23 years. The tailgate has a couple of dents where the gate was lowered and hit the jack for the trailer; there is also a dent under the drivers side tail light. The truck has now been repainted with DuPont base coat clear coat and also had the rear bumper stripped and repainted. These old trucks are highly desirable, especially when in this condition and as such, we do not expect her to last long.
