Up for sale is a pristine, mint condition, slightly used, Triple Yellow 2015 Mustang GT Premium w/ Performance Pack. 1. Read the ad. 2. Seriously, READ the ad- all of it. Look at the pictures, including the window sticker. 3. I won't answer or respond to questions answered in the ad unless they are so stupid that other people might enjoy me mocking them, in which case I will post them on the ad. 4. I am not going to have long, drawn-out, conversations on the phone answering questions I have already answered or educating you about the 2015 Mustang. I'm selling a car. If you want to know how it drives or learn about engines, go to a dealership, call a mechanic, or read one of the 15K articles online about how great the car is. 5. FULL DISCLOSURE: This car is currently financed through Bank of America, and the title is electronic. This means there is a lien that must be satisfied prior to obtaining a title. If that is a deal breaker, I understand, I don't want to waste your time or mine. If you buy the car, you (or your bank) will pay Bank of America, not me. I will give you the keys and a SC Bill of Sale to drive on, once BoA has confirmed (by fax, phone, etc) receipt of funds and you provide proof of insurance. BoA will send you (or your lending institution) the title to an address you specify, normally in a week from the day your check clears. This is perfectly legal, perfectly normal, it's how dealerships sell cars all day long to millions of people. Let's get all the dumb questions out of the way: Why are you selling this car?I'm getting a GT350. I have 5 cars. I need the money. I'm on the run. What difference does it make? Is the car modified?No, that's why I said it's in pristine, mint condition. Have you tried/used the Line Lock feature?No, tires are expensive, so are transmissions. Do you have the window sticker?Obviously. How many miles are on it?Read the ad. (3,917 as of 10/18/2015) How long have you had it?I got it last November right after they came out, so you have 25 mos left on the warranty. Does the car have XYZ installed...?Look at the window sticker. Google is your friend. Can you send me or post more pictures?No, there are plenty of pictures of 2015 GT's online, and I have provided enough to illustrate the car is in perfect shape. Can I have a mechanic look at it?Sure, if you are a mechanic or want to bring one with you. 'I' am not taking the car to have it looked at/get certified, and I'm not turning you loose with my $42K dollar sports car. Go waste somebody else's time. Can I drive the car?No. If you wreck the car, my insurance has to cover it, yours wont. No, they wont. Call them and ask them, it's standard policy. I will be more than happy to take you for a ride and drive as stupid as your stomach can take. If you want to test drive a GT, go to a dealership, they are insured for test drives. Will you meet me, pick me up at the airport, etc.?Yes, I will pick you up at a local airport, and I would be willing to drive a reasonable distance to bring you the car, after the sale, not before. Reasonable runs out around 250 miles. Can we use an escrow/broker?No. It's a hassle, it's not free, and I don't do business with people I don't trust- you shouldn't either. I buy and sell cars all the time on a handshake. I expect honesty, and you should too. Besides, you will be sending money to BoA, they technically own the car, I just drive it. Will you take cash or personal check?Hell. No. Neither will the bank. It's not safe. Electronic check, certified check by courier (Fed-Ex), or wire transfer- from your lending institution to mine. Not to me. Will you finance, consider trade, etc.?No, I'm not a bank or pawn broker, and this isn't a Craigslist ad. Can I call you?Only to discuss payment arrangements, pickup arrangements, or to see the car.
