I purchased the car new in Chicago in 1966, when I came back from Vietnam.It has been in our family all these years, My older brother traded his new Nash Rambler for my Mustang when I got married.The miles were mainly Highway Miles, driving to Antigo Wisconsin where our parents had a farm. We drove it to central Illinois, where it's been sitting for years. Anyway, the damaged seats etc are mainly sun damage,It does have some floor issues where the metal has rusted through..The engine has always been great. Was able to turn it by hand.Radiator is like brand new and holding anti freeze.Oil in engine and transmission are showing correct reading.power steering and brake reservoir are holding fluid.It has never been in an accident. Body metal is solid, No broken or missing glassDash and steering wheel have cracks, again from sun.Dash covers are also available for minimal cost. It is an all original car, no repainting etc.I've identified costs for some under carriage items that will more than likely need to be replaced.Worst case scenario, there's a complete one piece under carriage replacement, with rails etc. for $2,399 available on eBay.Or replacement of various sections for much less. :Stopped by today and put jumper cables on Battery connections.Headlights and tail lights worked just fine and was able to crank the engine.Didn't have fresh gasoline or I would have tried to start the car.
