1965 Ford Galaxie 500 LTD. Solid original California car, built in LA. I have had for 4 years. Have done several poker runs with it and enjoyed cruising it around. Gets a lot of looks and thumbs up. Lost my free storage and I have a lot of stuff, so putting it out there. Factory air car, though it is not all intact, I have the parts to put it together. Power steering and power brakes as well. I replaced vacuum lines for hvac controls, so everything switches as it should now. Interior is nice. Was a Z code 390 car, was replaced by a 428 at one point, engine runs good. Body looks good overall, has couple spots where some old repairs are showing, but at least there is not rust that I can see. Spots shown in pics. Frame and floors are excellent. Wouldn't call it a show car, but a very nice driver. Kind of like a couch on wheels. Have not checked, but think somebody installed 3.50 gears, as the speedometer is off. Believe it should have 3.00. Thanks for looking!On Oct-11-15 at 11:46:03 PDT, seller added the following information: Have had a few people questioning if it were an actual 428. I took out #1 spark plug, used a 12" dial caliper through the plug hole, found true tdc, followed the piston down to true bdc, subtracted and got 3.98x after doing it twice to make sure. Hope that clears things up for everyone.
