1986 Mercedes Benz Euro 300SL roadster, RARE / RARE car. This R107 convertible car was exported from Germany (grey car) and is immaculate. This car has an inline 6 cylinder 3 liter fuel injected engine with a 4 speed automatic transmission. It has only 64K miles and has been garaged since birth. The tan leather (real leather) interior is flawless and all seats are perfect. All gauges work as they should with cold, cold air with climate control…and the dash is perfect (no cracks). Please look at pic. All appointments on the car work perfectly such as the power windows, power door locks, heated seats, power antennae and cruise control. The car even has an Escort radar detector installed inside the ash tray/ under hood. The body panels are all straight and fitment of all seams ( doors, trunk, hood) are perfect. It has never been in an accident. The car has driver airbag and ABS brakes. She also has 4 wheel disc brakes. The engine compartment is immaculate and kept and serviced as it should. The trunk is also perfect with no water leakage having been garaged all its life. Both hardtop and soft top are as new. The tires are Michelin with very little miles. The paint on both the car and top is impeccable. The only items not original to the vehicle is the digital radio and radar detector. This car is an awesome car for any collector. The 300SL is rare to the US and there are not many around. If you do a web search it seems that you can only find them in Europe under names such as the SLSHOP and others. This car is perfect in every way. The car looks as it did in 1986… immaculate and only 64K miles.
