Bought the BMW due to the lauding about them by my friends to sit along side my Harley and possibly replace it. I don't know if it's like Ford vs. Chevy but I love the way the Harley rides and the BMW is just a totally different ride. Don't get me wrong, it's still a great ride (0-100 in about 4 seconds) but I can't seem to adjust. It only has 19399 miles and has always been garaged and covered. I have not so far found a mark on it and if you painted the lid of the brake fluid reservoir and gave it a detail you could probably put it in a showroom as a new bike. Everything works as it should that I know of. It has dual circuit ABS brakes, an electrically operated wind deflector, adjustable ride suspension, adjustable seat height and probably more stuff I don't even know about. It starts on the button and is just sooooo smooth to the point that you have to watch the speedometer as it is deceptively fast. If you are a BMW rider you just know what I mean. You could jump on it right now and drive it to the East Coast. It comes with the saddle bags (hard as in the photos), the cover with attached lock, and a charger with automatic sleep mode while battery is fully charged.
