I thought this bike was sold but the buyer is MIA so I am relisting. This auction is for a 1981 Honda C70 Passport Deluxe. This bike is in nice original condition with only 3,010 miles on it!!!!! It has a three-speed transmission with an automatic clutch. The bike has been garage kept since I have owned it (1993). It has a new Interstate battery and the electric starter works. The turn signals and all of the lights work with the exception of the headlamp. The chrome is in nice condition for the age of the bike. The paint also looks good for its age, with some areas of minor rust and scratches. To the best of my knowledge, this bike has never been dropped or been in an accident. This Honda Passport would make a great "daily driver" for any collector that is looking for an original bike in good condition. The only item I am aware of that is not original is the seat cover, which I had reupholstered back in the mid-1990s. The original seat frame was re-used. There is a broken reflector on the right side of the front fork, and minor cracking in the left side of the fehring. The tires are older and have some cracking in the sidewalls, so they may need to be replaced if the bike is ridden regularly. This bike gets 75-80 miles per gallon and is very easy to ride. It has racks on the front and back, as well as the original toolkit. I have the original title for the bike, so all it will need is the current year's registration. I will also include a helmet free. I will accept cash or a certified check only. The winning bidder is responsible for arranging and paying for all costs associated with transport, licensing, registration and insurance.
