I bought this car in 2005 with a blown head gasket. In 2010 I took it to Forced Air Technologies, a local Subaru shop, to have them fix the head gasket. They happen to have a complete 6 cylinder engine that had 50,000 miles on it. Rob told me he could put that engine in it cheaper than replacing the head gasket. I thought I was going to drive the car but other projects got in the way and it sat at my house while my other cars and motorcycles got driven. So here I am in 2015 and I still have not done anything with the car. The engine runs great and the transmission is in very good shape. Most everything works on the car. The headlights flip up and down with no problem. The power windows roll up and down good. Brakes are good and the tires are fair. They have lots of tread but are a little old. All the glass is perfect. Cruise control works, A/C may need recharged? As far as I know the compressor is okay. No major dents and the paint is fair with a few minor chips. This is an Arizona car with absolutely no rust. The radio works and the power antenna goes up and down. It has telescoping steering and tilt. The upholstery is not ripped but the back seat is sun damaged. Carpet is fair with no holes. Door panels upholstery has shrunk from the heat. The head liner is okay, not ripped but sagging a little. It has a spare tire but the jack is missing. One of the pictures shows a wheel cover not on. I have it, just forgot to put it on. The power steering isn't working and the gas gauge doesn't work also. The power steering is electric and I haven't had time to figure out why it isn't working. The radiator fan relay isn't working so I bypassed the relay and the fans run continuously while engine is running. All lights work but the turn signal flasher needs to be replaced. Yes I had FAT put the engine in it. So the engine they put in had around 50,000 miles on it. Yes, it runs very good. No it is not AWD.
