Up for auction is a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro Restomod. Let me start by saying this is not another thrown together Camaro up for a quick sale. This is a car that I have spent a lot of time and money on. It has a fresh aluminum headed balanced 355, comp cam kit, Cloyes timing kit, new Edlebrock intake, Billet HEI distributor, Holley 750 polished carb, new starter, new chrome one wire alternator, battery, Headman headers, new Carter fuel pump. You get the point I hope. Everything is new in this engine. Fresh 350 turbo transmission with light 2500 Stahl converter. This is a mild motor that has the go when you need it, and not a noisemaker that can't be driven. Very nice setup if you want to take the wife and kids for a ride. The body on the Camaro is straight and slick paint that was done in 2008. No surprises here. New left and right floor pans, new left and right quarter panels and trunk pan and trunk drop offs. No rust on this one. Paint is smooth and slick, and has been wet sanded and buffed for a beautiful shine. It has a fresh set of 17 inch chrome American's with new tires that gives it an awesome stance, fresh 2 3/4 exhaust from headers back with professional done Flowmaster mufflers. All the chrome and trim has been professionally buffed or replaced with new. New door handles, bumpers (front and rear), etc. All the glass is in good condition with no major scratches. I put a new gas tank and sending unit on it recently. SS trim has been added for an awesome look and appearance. This is a factory V-8327 car and I do have the original fresh rebuilt 327 and powerglide that can go to the new owner if reserve is met. This Camaro has all new high and deluxe interior, carpet, seat covers, headliner, package tray, sill plates, sunvisors, etc. For you purist, I replaced the 67 console with a 68 because I like the larger shifter; it looks much better. The rearend is a 373 with New Richmond ring and auburn posi unit. All lights and wipers work. Dash lights have a mind of their own at night and I'm working on that as I speak.
