2009 Nissan Rogue for sale - Car is in a very good condition and runs like new. Ice cold AC. Cozy, soft and smooth cloth interior. Very functional custom made floor liners - 3D Max (bought separately). Some regular scratches, nothing major, some imperfections with paint on rear bumper. - Yes, car has rebuilt title. But… I bought this car in 2012 from insurance auction. However, the car only sustained minor and decorative damage. There was no any damage to the frame or whatsoever. Pictures of damage available upon request.I repaired the car and started using it for myself. I owned it for 3 years. I took good care of the car, did all necessary maintenance routines, oil changes on time, personally did deep cleanings and detailing, and always made sure it is in a nice and safe condition. I am not a smoker and prohibit any related hazardous odors, so the car was never exposed to any sort of air pollution. Then, I started to work for Uber. I was going very gentle with the car. It is absolutely different style when you are driving your own car and for sure is totally unlike then driving a taxi. In addition to your own good care safety measures you also have to maintain company’s high level standards so you simply cannot drive recklessly if you don’t want to lose your job right away due to negative ratings and customers’ complaints. Taxi and other car services do not have these rules. Important to notice, that this car was used for Uber for less than a year and I wasn’t driving frequently. Therefore it did not affect on the condition of the car. Another important issue that I would like to describe in details and provide all pertaining info is so called “water damage” in history. First of all this is untrue and inaccurate statement due to some bureaucracy rules that were not properly developed. As a coincidence I purchased the car and completed all repairs right before the Hurricane Sandy. The car was at the repair shop on the day of the Hurricane miles away from the water and in completely safe area without flooding. However, I started the process of car registration in a different state after the Sandy and unluckily new regulations were proposed and all cars sold from the states of NY, NJ and CT were required tons of additional paperwork and proofs that the car was not flooded. I could not deal with all those senseless processes and simply did not have time for that. I also knew for myself that the car was not flooded and in a perfect condition, this was enough for me. You can easily check it by lifting floor carpet or with any other methods. No rust or spots of water damage. So I gave up and asked them to issue the title “as is” – “water damage”. Sometimes it’s just not worth it to prove something to someone if you know the actuality for yourself, it’s totally enough. Remember you are buying a car not a title. I bought and installed Viper remote starter and I leave this feature in the car for your convenience. It is very useful because I always warmed up the engine before driving. I used to start the car 12 minutes prior leaving my apartment as it prolongs the engine and transmission life. Also, it is just convenient in any season because you can either cool down or heat the car before driving in it on a distance. I honestly would drive this car for many more years and hardly could sell it.
