I have owned this Jeep for 9 years. Since purchase the following items have been performed: New windshield, new exhaust, Eaton Detroit rear springs, new shocks, new Cooper radial tires, starter, alternator, coil, spark plug wires, battery, rebuilt carburetor by Daytona Carburetors, brakes, emergency brake cables, fuel pump, new A/C components, belts, hoses, and all fluids, as well as numerous small parts. The Jeep was originally from Richmond, Virginia. The body is very solid with no rust through. Paint is typical Jeep with the common delamination, nicks, dings, and scratches. Hood and cowl have been repainted. This Jeep is very presentable as is. Left front fender has been replaced due to a minor fender bender. This fender has new wood grain applique that is slightly darker than the others on the car. The interior is especially nice. Headliner has no visible faults, carpeting is good to very good with no worn spots or other significant defects. Comes with the original factory floor mats front and rear. The dash is also good to excellent with no cracks or other defects. All interior and exterior lights function as they should including the fog lights. The fog lights are however missing the covers. All gauges, radio, electric seats, clocks, compass, cruise control, vanity mirrors, and windows also function. Windows are slow but work. Several electric door locks do not. Rear cargo area has cargo privacy cover. The drivers seat has a small area that has cracked but is minor. Other seats have no cracks or tears. Overall interior is very nice and better than most I have seen. The engine maintains 45 to 50 psi running, 40 to 45 at idle or stop light. I have taken this Jeep on numerous 200 plus mile trips with no problems. Four wheel drive functions as it should, brakes stop straight, transmission shifts as it should Now the areas that could still use attention: Older paint that is presentable but is the weakest part of this Jeep. Missing covers to fog lights, wood trim on front left fender is somewhat wavy and has crack. These are available from aftermarket vendors. There are no missing parts that I am aware of that you would need to buy. The original owners manual is in glove box. I have made every effort to give an honest representation of this car. I will be happy to address any questions that you may have. I have enjoyed this Jeep for 9 years but have run out of storage space. I have always garaged the Jeep and it has never been in rain or snow since I have owned it. Sale will include a frame mount hitch and repair manual.
