She is not a Ford or a Chevy but presents as a nice mod-rod, fat fender Plymouth coupe. This is a stock bodied business coupe that has been successful at a variety of car shows. Chrysler records indicate she was built in Los Angeles and initially delivered to and sold by the Plymouth dealer in Tacoma, WA. It is believed the car has spent its life in Washington State. Modifications are primarily Mopar and include 340 engine, 709 Torqueflight transmission, Volare front clip, Tilt column, Power steering, Power brakes with front discs, Power windows. Front seats have been replaced with power units with built in shoulder/lap belts. (Original seat is available and included if desired.) Dash professionally modified to include electronic gauges. Alpine AM/FM with CD. Paint is a very nice grey custom mix with matching interior and custom pin striping. Car has always been garaged since we acquired it in 2002. When I purchased the car in 2002 I was told the car had been converted into a street rod in 2000. . I do not know the miles that the previous owner put on the car. The 135,000 was an estimate of overall mileage due to eBay requiring a mileage, but I really do not know. We upgraded the dash to electronic in 2002. Since the dash upgrade we have driven it 6,161 miles. The brakes are disc front and drum rear. I believe the transmission is a 336, ideal for cruising.
