This is the longest and tallest Sprinter of this platform. We began to do a nice camper/adventure vehicle conversion on the interior then the turbo fan broke damaging the first cylinder blowing the engine. After getting looked at by the mechanic he says it needs a new engine. Was also suggested to swap transmission with rebuilt while dropping the engine given the miles. But they did say after all that she would run a long time. This is a bigger project then we want to deal with. The inside has a custom hand built wood interior making it an RV conversion that is uncompleted. The project stopped when the engine stopped. It has full insulation and wood paneled walls. Lighting and 110 power wiring is run, but not hooked up. There is a sink mounted but it has not been hooked up either. Other build out includes two bunks that have a table that drops down to make a queen bed. The table legs are broken and there is no padding for the beds currently. There are nice cabinets to store equipment, food, clothes, etc. They are a little scratched up but could be easily cleaned and re-coated. It was going to be a very nice mini RV or camper given some more work. It has a hitch (which was taken off but included) and a nice full roof rack. Back door is slightly off when it closes, but closes and locks. It has almost new tires with tons of tread left. Also has almost brand new EGR valve, MAF sensor, one injector and turbo. Cranks, but can not get enough compression in first cylinder to fire up. Must be towed away. Sold as is with no warranty. Black vinyl graphics will be moved before sale. This is a great deal for someone who is willing to put in a new engine and finish the interior work. Lots of strong miles left on the body. Barely any rust and worth more life on the road adventuring.
