For the collector or sport driving enthusiast, this 1979 Fiat 2000 Pininfarina Convertable two door roadster is for sale. It has the 4cyl -132C3 031 engine, 1995cc, 84x90 bore & stroke, single Weber carburetor, automatic transmission, original leather interior, real wood instrument panel, Veglia gauges, manual convertible top, new battery, new tires, approx. 23k miles, garage kept. Some aging of interior and some slight cosmetic flaws. Interior is beige/tan leather, exterior is rosso metallizzato which is metallic red. Overall great vehicle. Thank you for your interest. Owned by adult couple (now seniors) and driven on the weekends. When it was purchased by me it did not run because the battery was dead and vehicle had not been driven in over 15 years. I flushed all the fluids and replaced, dropped the fuel tank and flushed it. Rebuilt the carbuerator, checked transmission and rest of engine, found leak and replaced valve cover gasket, worked on brakes, installed new tires and a new battery. Current: It now drives and runs like it should. There are some cosmetic flaws which can be expected from a 36 yo vehicle that has not been restored. The interior has been detailed and is very clean, seats have been cleaned and treated with leather specific products, they are in great shape no tears. The dash and gauges are in good shape except for the fuel gauge which is not currently working, I haven't tried messing with it. There are some cracks around the emergency brake housing. Other than that its in great shape. The exterior has a scratch on the driver side door which can be seen in the photos, and some damage to the coating on the trunk lid. The front bumper has a dent. Overall the paint is in decent condition. I do have the title and it will go with a bill of sale. It is located northeast of Atlanta, GA.
