Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a Yard Find 1949 Willys-Overland Jeep CJ-3A. This classic post-war Jeep with its L-134 "Go Devil" 4-cylinder engine has been sitting without running in a yard for years. As pictured, it includes a mounted Meyer ST-90 snow plow with hydraulic lift. The owner (an auto mechanic) said the Jeep ran and the plow functioned before it was parked in its present location due to lack of need for it anymore. The engine and drive train is, as best I can tell, complete. It also comes with the cabin filled with... an assortment of classic carburetors! Plus, an alternator, a distributer, and possibly something else... There is also an engine cradled on the frame over the rear axle for winter traction when plowing. There's plenty of usable parts in this auction, even if this Jeep frame is never driven again. All of the items pictured (Jeep, plow, extra engine, carbs) must be taken by the buyer when the Jeep is picked up. For convenience, the tree growing between the Jeep and the plow will be removed prior to pickup by the winning bidder! Grab this classic beast before this opportunity is lost forever! Please note that there is NO RESERVE on this auction! Transportation of this vehicle and contents is solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please make plans to pick this up in person within 7 days after the close of auction. Please only bid if you have a serious interest in owning this vintage Jeep! Happy bidding! Item is being sold as-is, and no warranty is expressed or implied. Deposit must be received within 2 days after close of auction. Full payment must be received within 7 days after close of auction. Failure to do so will forfeit the purchase, and cause a non-paying bidder report to be filed. Only bid if you are prepared to fulfill these requirements!
