This one has been 1 family owned by a well known, international tool company since new that has been in business for 75 years. Only the best in maintenance, preventative maintenance, details, and care since new. More about that later in the description where I will explain all the upgrades. In the past few months I have sold several clean, low mileage 7.3 Powerstroke trucks here on Ebay, so I am very familiar with the current market for immaculate ones. If you look at my completed listings you will see I have sold a 2003 7.3 4X4 XLT for $29,900, a 2002 7.3 2WD XLT for $21,900, a 2000 7.3 2WD Lariat for $19,999, a 2000 7.3 2WD XL for $13,900, a 2002 7.3 4X4 XLT for $22,900, a 1999 7.3 2WD XLT for $18,900, and a 2001 7.3 2WD Lariat for $23,900. I have 2 other 7.3 Powerstrokes listed too in my other auctions and a 1 owner 2000 Corvette Convertible. The immaculate, well cared for 7.3's are very desirable and hard to find and have been going up in value the past 6 months!!  This truck was special ordered by a very well known tool company that has been in business for over 75 years. I went to school with the grandson. Truck was special ordered with the unique options you see and passed through the family 2X. I will be happy to explain the whole story to the buyer, but out of respect for the family, I will not here. I have done a great deal of maintenance and upgrades on this truck over the years. It is probably the best maintained 7.3 I have ever seen, owned, or worked on.  Look at the other's available....any underside pictures? A thorough, detailed description?  Has the 3 quarts of injector oil been changed frequently? (99 out of 100 7.3's it has never been changed, which is what ruins the expensive injectors!!), has the proper coolant been used and drained from the block as well as the radiator and reservoir? Has the proper SCA levels been checked and maintained 2X per year?  You get what you pay for.... this truck needs nothing and everything has always been done before needed as preventative maintenance, rather than because truck needed it, and done properly. Oil is clear, coolant has been done every 2 years with proper green coolant, distilled water, and Ford SCA additive. It looks, starts, runs, smells, and drives like new. Suspension is tight with no wandering or looseness, brakes like new, immaculate interior and underside. Tires and all maintenance items fresh with in the last 1K miles. Never eaten in, spilled in or interior soiled, and even still smells like new inside! Seat covers and towels have covered the immaculate interior since new, as have the Husky Catch-All, all weather floor mats that cover the originals.! No worn down seats here!! The 99-00 XLT and Lariat seats had much more quality and more durable upholstery than the 2001 and newer seats and most consider them more comfortable too.  No pets or children have ever been in it. Truck was special ordered, not sitting on dealership lot when new . It has only been driven by mature adults and never used as a work truck or beaten up. Bed never banged up and immaculate just like the rest of the truck. It has a Line X spray on bedliner with the UV inhibitor so it will not fade like the cheaper liners out there. It looks great with no scrapes or issues.  All it has ever towed its whole life is a small 6500lb 5th wheel travel trailer early on in its life (connector still in bed), and has hauled a small car trailer with it a handful of times, but can certainly tow anything you choose to. I have personally towed with this truck and it tows better than any other Powerstroke I have ever towed with. Oil changes on time or before, or once a year, what ever came first, which is crazy as the supplemental Filtration Solutions extra oil filter system doesn't need changing but ever 20K miles or so.... Transmission fluid, rear end fluid, power steering fluid, and Motorcraft green coolant/distilled water and important Ford additive are all recent, as is the serpentine belt, all hoses (including heater hoses which are often overlooked) , batteries, tires, repacked wheel bearings, etc. Truck needs nothing. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.  Hop in and go anywhere!! It runs and drives perfect and has no leaks, seeps, drips, or issues. THE TRUCK FIRES UP EVERY TIME, FIRST TIME. THE GLOW PLUGS AND INJECTORS HAVE ALL BEEN TESTED AND ARE WORKING PERFECTLY. I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO DRIVE THIS TRUCK ACROSS THE COUNTRY!! It is the nicest 7.3 available for the money. All freeway miles and only on nice weather trips. Always garaged and pride of ownership and maintenance shows in every aspect of this truck! Never in the snow or salt. Never out the dry west. The truck from top to bottom is very clean which is very evident, including underside, door jambs, and engine box!! A machine buffer or machine car wash this truck has never seen. No faded lights, emblems, or trim, like all the others out there. Most have chalky weather beaten trim, emblems and moulding, these are all like new. Original Ford carpeted Lariat logo floor mats are the heavy duty ones and look like new and have kept the carpet perfect and covered with towels when driven. Were all Scotchguarded. Not driven on gravel roads. Underside alone speaks volumes about this truck. I own a high end Mustang shop that has been in business for 20+ years and am VERY particular with all vehicles I choose to deal with. Truck has never been abused, mudded, raced, damaged or driven by kids, etc, since built. All body panels look great. No rust, scrapes, dents, dings, and no curb rash on the immaculate, original aluminum forged Alcoa wheels. This truck is absolutely exceptional through out. Here are some of the highlights of this incredible truck::::::: Complete NO expense spared, $7500 base coat clear coat paint job in original color in Feb, of this year. Was not done because of any damage to the truck, but owner was super picky with the original paint quality, which he considered poor. There was never any body damage, rust, dents etc. All bumpers, hood, grill, tail gate, door handles, running boards, mirrors, weatherstrips, glass, bed, etc. were removed. Everything was done right. Shop that did the work specializes in high end Bentley, Rolls Royce, Porsche, Ferrari, etc and has done work for me for over 15 years. Body was block sanded and primed 3X, then sealed, then painted with 3 coats of base coat, 3 coats of clear. Only top quality PPG products used and then paint was baked in the booth at 175 degrees for 3 hours. Door jams were back taped ( so there are no mask lines or overspray anywhere, then whole truck was color sanded and buffed to perfection. The depth and the shine on this truck is incredible, you can literally shave in it. It looks wet when dry. Please look at all the pictures I took below to appreciate the beautiful color and quality.  Even clear bra area behind the rear wheel wells was duplicated. Bumpers and grill were bead blasted and color matched to give a much cleaner look. Billet upper and lower grill inserts were added. body panels line up much better than they did when truck as new. Truck was upgraded with an additional $2500 in new Ford parts....emblems, bed and tailgate trims, no drill mudflaps (easily removable), all 3 rear bumper trims, 2002 + lower bumper valance, weatherstrips, 2001+ door moldings, fog lights, headlights, marker lights, tail lights, license plate lamps, and other misc. Also installed a brand new, leather wrapped Ford steering wheel which really adds to the look and feel of the truck. Alpine speakers were added at this time which sound great. $10K was spent in what was described in this paragraph alone. This truck is for someone that wants nicer and more durable than every other one you see... Fluid filtration systems....all done when truck was near new. I have been using these systems for years on my trucks and customers trucks and swear by them. All three of these keep the fluids cleaner for longer. Filtration solutions is the oil filter set up and and is the braided steel lined system. Filter has been changed every 10K miles and oil has been changed every 3-4K even though you can go 25K+ with this system. Read all about this system at store.fs2500.com.  Transmission and coolant filters have been changed on this truck every 10K also, they are from Dieselsite.com and you can read all about them. This truck also has a new Dieselsite 203 degree thermostat, billet housing, and silicone upper hose where you can change the serpentine belt ( also new) with out removing the hose.  Again, read all about these upgrades and all their advantages on their manufacturers websites and see all the benefits.   In addition to the transmission filter in the pan being changed every 30K, supplemental filter every 10K (WAY OVERKILL, but that's what he did) truck also had an upgraded torque converter put it when near new. Transmission shifts perfectly and smoothly with no slips or issues. I would not hesitate to drive or tow anything with this truck, any distance. Fluid has been Motorcraft Synthetic since new with Archoil additive every 30K. Tru-Cool 40K BTU trans cooler added in addition to factory cooler when new to keep the trans cool. Heat is the only thing that kills these 4R100 transmissions. Oil changed with Rotella T5 15-40 with Archoil additive every 3-4K. Upper reservoir has always been pumped out too. Truck has a Fumoto oil drail valve to make oil changes a breeze with out searching for a wrench, risk stripping out oil pan thread and making a mess. You can spend hours on that site...a great deal of wonderful information, and more reasons why not to buy a diesel other than a 7.3! Rear differential has a 2008+ Ford differential cover which not only hold more fluid, it keeps the differentail 25+ degrees cooler. Oil has been changed every 30K miles with Royal Purple 75-140 synthetic. No howls or odd noises. Nothing leaks or seaps on the whole truck either Cooling system has always had the proper green coolant, SCA additive, and distilled water since new. Most people do not maintain the cooling systems properly, this truck has been over maintained! Filter changed every 10K miles, and keeps coolant immaculate. Read about that filter and you'll put one on every vehicle you own like me!! Truck needs absolutely nothing! Everything always done well before needed since new! It is better than new, and better than anything you can buy anywhere for under $20K. No chips, road rash, scratches, leaks, odd odors, etc. You will not find a nicer one!! Don't miss out and regret it later. In my 20+ years in the Mustang business, I have rarely seen, owned, or driven a nicer built and well balanced truck that is so fantastically preserved and taken care of. I have owned over 1000 Mustangs, Shelby's, Big Block's, Boss's, Pantera's, Saleen's, Roush's, Cobra's. Lightning's etc, mostly collector models, and rarely see a vehicle (of ANY type) kept in this condition. This is the perfect tow vehicle for your collector car. It will tow like there is nothing behind it and turns heads where ever you go. Suspension is smooth and not bouncy or twitchy when driving down the road, or on the freeway. Truck is appraised and insured for $28K on a collector car policy and it is $430 per year for full coverage and agreed value of $28K. Most insurance companies will do the same for you and insure it as a collector vehicle and you can still tow with it!! Oil has been changed every year or 3-4K miles which ever came first. Only correct 15W-40 oil used. It has always been started up and allowed to get up to operating temperature every few weeks, then driven around the block to keep all seals lubricated and to keep everything in operating condition when not taken on long trips. Every tank of diesel has had Lucas or Archoil fuel additive since new which has kept injectors perfect with today's low sulfur diesels . Always warehoused or garaged. No power steering moan like most have. Nothing leaks, drips, or seeps. No warning lights illuminated on the cluster. Everything works as new. No sweat marks, stains, smells, fading etc on any exterior, or interior. Seats are like new and have been covered with seat covers since new. It really looks, drives and feels like a near new truck. Carpets are perfect and covered since new. All lights work.  In-dash CD player works perfectly with no skips or CD error messages. Never had a tuner or aftermarket air intake or exhaust on it. It starts the first time, EVERY time. Original seat belts are not hard as a rock like most and still supple with original silk screening that still looks new. All retractors work properly too. You simply can NOT find one like this!!! This is a one in a million truck, hands down. Again, pay a little more and get a LOT more...I take the amount of pictures I do, and write the small novel that I do on each and every truck, so that the buyer can feel 100% confident on what they are getting.   Underside, and inside of wheels detailed and cleaned frequently since new as is the exterior and interior. Carpet has never been shampooed. spilled on, and still looks like new with no fading, or unraveling . Inside of truck still smells like a new truck!! Original spare (never been used and still has original silk-screening on the tread), jack, tire iron, and mounting hardware all original, never used and look new with original stickers. Just look at the pictures, they really explain this truck, hands down, better than I can. This truck is impeccable for the price. No issues of any type. Many 7.3's with more miles and not near as clean and pride of ownership have sold in the past 6 months for close to, the same as, and more than I am asking for as my BUY IT NOW. A/C ice cold. Heat hot. Brakes and suspension like new. The new Monroe shocks all the way around really make these trucks handle and ride much better and considerably smoother than the newer ones too. New Michelin E load rated tires all the way around with 1K miles on them. No gear noise, slips, or issues. Care has always been taken with this truck, which is very evident in the pictures. Ice cold A/C as stated before. Does not run hot when A/C is on. Belt does not moan or squeal like some do with the AC on. Does not overheat even in 110+ degree weather. Coolant changed every 2 years with proper Ford Motorcraft green coolant, distilled water, and Ford diesel additive even when driven little. No exhaust leaks. Sounds fantastic with absolutely no odd noises or issues! Truck has never had an aftermarket tune installed or been beat on like most, or the turbo overheated by towing too much (look at the ones for sale with discolored, brownish coating on the turbo, where the EGT's were not payed attention too). Even air intake and exhaust are stock and original. Has no problems starting in cold weather either. It is very powerful and sounds great. Most of these trucks don't drive as good as they look, this one absolutely does! I have owned 23 Super Duty 7.3 Powerstroke diesels over the years, and unfortunately 3 6.0 and 6.4's, 2 V10's (horrible engines!!), and quite a few Lightnings, and this truck runs, sounds and drives better than most of them, honestly, plus doesn't cost a fortune to maintain like the newer diesels. I have not owned a 6.7, but have no interest after hearing horror stories from friends that have owned them and complained about ridiculous maintenance costs and a few that have caught on fire. Who want to replace expensive particulate filters every 40-60K miles at a cost of over $4K and add diesel exhaust fluid consistently anyway...not me!! The 7.3 is simple and easy to maintain and does not have tons of sensors like the new ones that go out and are very expensive to replace. Comes from the factory with no diesel particulate filter, no DEF fluid, and all the other power robbing, expensive to maintain items on the 04+ diesels!! You are basically looking at a near new truck for 1/3 the price (comparable truck actually $68K+ for a new junk diesel!!) of a comparable new one with out all the issues of the new ones.  Truck is meant to be driven and enjoyed. It drives VERY well. No hesitations, back-fires, pops, squeaks, and is not all over the road like most others for sale. Looks, drives and feels like a new truck. You will not find a nicer 7.3 Powerstroke for the money!! It is truly immaculate. The suspension is responsive and tight, steering is tight, and transmission is tight with no slippage or delayed shifts. Anytime something needed attention, it was addressed right away. Never has a tuner on it and never towed anything other than a 6500 lb camper trailer and a 5500 lbs (fully loaded) car trailer its whole life. Brakes are adjusted properly, and it stops very well and straight. Brake controller makes towing a trailer feel like there is nothing behind you. Does not wander, shimmy, or have wind noise, even at 85 MPH on the freeway. There is not a nicer, low mileage, best year 7.3 Powerstroke out there for this low of a price anywhere! Never abused and was never a daily driver (even when new it has been a multiple owned vehicle). It has been cross country several times during the summer months, never with any issue since new. Don't let the miles fool you!! 189K is just breaking in for this truck!! All work has been professionally done on this truck since new. Has been garaged its whole life and babied. It is very powerful, reliable, and nothing has been overlooked for longevity, tastefulness, and durability. Both original keys/remotes with no wear on the buttons, and owners manuals/handouts too and maintenance records. 99-00 is known to be the best years for these trucks too as it was the last year of the forged rods, and the first year of the stronger transmission and torque convertor, best year for the most comfortable, seats, and last year for the thick sound deadening in the cab under the carpet on. The rear seat folds down in two parts into a bed too, only on the 1999 model which is very convenient!!  This truck is very quiet, even on the freeway, towing. You won't find a nicer truck for the price, anywhere!! If you want this one for less, I can always take things off to make the price lower, but seriously, this truck is so perfect the way it is set-up!! You are better off getting one of these trucks that have been driven, properly broken in, and properly maintained than one with super low miles that has not been properly stored or has dried up seals because of incorrect storage and maintenance. Nothing leaks or seeps on this truck (even rear main seal doesn't seep) and it burns no oil. Starts right up, first time, every time. Idles smoothly with nice deep exhaust tone. No exhaust leaks either. No hesitations or skips. Very smooth power. 3.73 limited slip 10.25" differential. Gets great MPG too, 18+ MPG in town, and 25+ MPG on the freeway driving easy. The front lower valance helps alot with gas mileage too. If you set the cruise control at 2050 RPM (7.3's sweet spot) on level ground it will get 25+ MPG!! I have got 21MPG towing a car trailer with 3200 Lb car on it ! Brakes front and rear are firm. 4 wheel disc with ABS. Power assist works as it should. No shimmies, squeaks, or pulls when you step on the brakes. Royal Purple 75-140 synthetic fluid with friction modifier in differential. Transmission fluid and filter also just done and look like new inside. Both cooling system green coolant and distilled water/Ford additive new. Brake fluid also flushed and refreshed (every 2 years) and when brakes were inspected recently, they were still at over 85%!! (so you can tell how this truck has been driven). As I said before, ALL fluids and filters have always been changed well before needed ,as has all the preventative maintenance!! I can't say enough how the supplemental filter kits on this truck have kept all systems of this truck! Carpet, seats, and original console covered when driven. Ashtray and cigarette lighter never used, not even for coins or junk to mar the ashtray! Cup holder is not broken like most and pops out of dash correctly. No rattles or wind noise!! Truck will seat 5 comfortably and rear seat back folds down for extra storage in the cab. I know I keep saying it, you will not find a nicer 7.3 for the money!! Look at the undersides on others for sale (if they even have underside pictures) they are usually rusty, oily, bent up, and filthy ( and sometimes people even spray can them all over the hoses, bolts and floor pans!!!), interiors worn and dirty, worn seats, beat up beds, and the engine boxes look awful with all aluminum corroded etc etc. Please take the time to look at my 230+ pictures and you will see the difference between this truck and the others out there for sale. You DO get what you pay for in this case!!  Fully loaded and amazingly clean from top to bottom. No surprises or disappointments with this truck. Medium Prairie Tan Metallic paint shines incredibly and has been waxed regularly (you can literally shave in it) and always garaged. It is drop dead gorgeous in different lights and reminds me of an iridescent piece of jewelry. It seems to almost hold a charge and glow after being in the sun. It is a GORGEOUS color!! Much more durable and deep looking than today's paints on the new Super Duty's. Look at the reflections (hard to photograph). Never been put on a lift incorrectly, never been bottomed out. Door jambs, engine box, wheels, underside, and bed also kept clean and waxed. It looks like it was toothbrush detailed since new. Look at the underside and frame rails. Many original markings still present along with many original stickers. Trucks driven in inclement weather, don't have these markings and stickers any longer. Never a bent body panel, floor pan, or frame rail and never any body damage or paint work. All original Ford Carlite tinted privacy glass including windshield which has no chips or cracks. No dents, dings, ripples, or scrapes anywhere on the body. I can't think of one fla or thing that bothers with this truck. Again, I am VERY picky (I am told the pickiest person that all of my friends know) and believe in being 100% honest about each and any flaw. I know myself, that I want to know everything about something I am buying before I buy it, so I treat others in the same manner and respect.  This truck looks and drives like a 20K mile truck. The truck is nicer, drives much better, and way better maintained and kept detailed over any other 7.3 (or truck in general) out there in this price range. Everything works like it should. Again, please take the time to look at the 230+ detailed pictures. Truck is very clean through out and a thrill to drive. More reliable and durable than all the new diesels out there with out all the maintenance nightmares of the new ones. Google the 7.3 Powerstroke and you will see that they are considered the BEST diesel ever put in a truck! I know these 7.3's exceptionally well as I have owned quite a few over the years and worked on hundred of them. Look at the others out there for sale, they don't compare to this one at all. NOT at all.......You get what you pay for.  Ask questions if you have them if you are serious, I am very easy to deal with, and am happy to talk on the phone about this impeccable truck from top to bottom.   Truck is VERY clean top to bottom. Leather steering wheel is perfect and airbag pads are not warped. Horn and cruise control both work perfectly. Lighter never used, and truck has no odd odors, rips, tears, etc. All lighting in the gauge cluster and on switches all work perfectly. All power options work perfect. Power windows smoothly glide up and down smoothly with no clunks or skips. Power door locks work like they should and don't catch like most. 2 keys and 2 alarm remotes. Even remote buttons look like new! No wind noise or leaks when truck is washed. Doors close tightly. Speedometer works perfect and doesn't bounce or stick like most. All gauges work perfectly and are accurate. All lights work both interior and exterior. Truck just turned 189K miles, which is just breaking in for a well maintained 7.3. Last oil change (and both filters) done 200 miles ago. New Michelin E load rated 10 ply tires done 1K miles ago. These 7.3 Powerstrokes are well known to be the best diesel ever installed in a truck and are often called the "million mile motor''. With proper maintenance there are quite a few out there with even more than than 1 million miles!! Ford has not been able to produce a diesel since, or even close to a 7.3, and the others (Dodge and GM) may have OK diesel engines, but, the trucks that the engines are in can't seem to stay together!! All lock cylinders are original to the truck and work smoothly with no binds, including tailgate lock. Look at how well all the body panels and windows line up!! All trim, weatherstrips, lights and emblems are in excellent condition and not faded, chalky, cracked, or deteriorating like most others.  Every correct clip, nut, bolt, rivet, plug, sticker, rubber bumper, etc is correct on this truck!! This is not a clean up and sell, everything is as correct as possible and has been since new. Care, thought, a huge amount of time, passion, and attention to detail is present on every aspect of this truck and has always been babied, detailed frequently, and waxed often. Always kept indoors. Very hard to find combo too, with the short bed, super cab, in-dash CD and cassette, sliding rear window, telescopic trailer tow mirrors, factory tow package, mud flaps, cruise control, power windows, locks, mirrors, etc , so it's perfect for hauling things while still easy to park and maneuver while taking the whole family not only in comfort, but know you will get there!! Much easier to manuever and park than a long bed, and definitely easier to park than a long bed crew cab! Truck is available for inspection and can be driven or shipped anywhere. These 7.3 Powerstroke's are very hard to find in nice shape as most were used as work trucks, or driven in salty, rust belt areas and are all rusted up and/or used a work trucks. Most you find will not be loaded like this one with captain chairs, power windows, locks, original in-dash CD player/cassette, factory running boards, tow package, mud flap package,  privacy glass, forged Alcoa aluminum wheels, cruise, tilt, adjustable lumbar seats, and keyless entry, etc...etc.....   Any questions, please message me and I will respond promptly. This F250 runs and drives excellent and has never been abused. There are no odd odors, odd rattles, or odd noises. You can drive this truck anywhere. Mileage may also vary minimally as truck may be driven for test drives and/or inspections and I do drive it sometimes, but of course still kept indoors when not being driven. The nice ones have gone up 60-70% in the last 6 months. Diesel fuel is way less pricey that regular gas too. People consider the 7.3 Powerstroke to be the best diesel ever installed in a truck in the history of trucks!! Oil in this truck has been changed frequently (both upper and lower reservoirs) and the oil is clean. In 7.3's that have not been maintained, the oil will not be clean like this and never will be. The nice ones will keep going up in value when in the condition and desirability of this one. Remember, you get what you pay for, this truck does not need ANYTHING!! The paint and color combination is simply stunning and the options make it a pleasure to drive and it turns heads where ever you go. People stop at gas stations and make comments on how immaculate it is. No excuses, issues, or stories.
