1985 Toyota Land Cruiser BJ70 for auciton. The Good:-3.4 3B Diesel 4 Cylinder Engine.-Engines runs with no computers, mechanical injection pump, doesnt even need batteries or alternator to run.-New glow plugs.-5 speed H55F Transmission.-24V electrical system.-Starts on the first try, drives good, steers good, stops good and it has been good truck overall.-It is very cool, tough and gets a lot of attention.-Great mileage 25 mpg. -Made in Japan but left hand drive (correct side for US). -Full floating axle, Limited Slip Differential in the rear.-4.11 Gear ration. -Kenwood radio with USB/Auxiliary input.-Just took a 1.5K mile trip with no issues and been daily driver with no issues. -Ready for anything...drive it as is, to restore, rock crawler, overlander, keep as a classic, daily driver, keep as a reliable economical diesel chugger can be converted to biodiesel, veggie, etc, swap in a LS1 V8, Supra twin turbo, Land Cruiser 4.5, Mercedes Diese engine, possiblitiles are endless... -FZJ80 Wheels.-Florida clean tittle ready for transfer. VIN: JT1VOBJ7009000627 The Bad:-Cosmetically is not perfect or the most pretty, it has some scratches, rear right quarter panel received some body work, blemishes, few rust bullet holes in different spots but still pretty solid and with a lot of potential.-Some rust on the body but frame is solid.-No A/C, but heater works great.-Needs a new windshield: $340 original from Toyota or custom $185 installed from a local glass replacement shop.-Needs seals in the front axle, knuckles are leaking.-Rear windows frames have some rust but still solid.-Original vinyl carpet is missing in the rear.-FZJ80 Wheels, was going to get mud tires to replace the current ones because they have some dry rot. Hate to sell it, but must to buy a house.
