*** I've relisted my M3 due to an unqualified buyer without a PayPal account ****** Just had a fresh PPI (Pre purchase Inspection) done on the car from BMW of Rochester (I can provide a copy of the PPI report and you can verify it by calling them, BMW of Rochester NY). The BMW Service Manager said "its rare to find an M3 E46 in this beautiful condition". ** Just had the BMW dealer replace rear tires and belts. Have receipts*** ** I also have the complete BMW dealer service history from the prior (1st) owner, I can provide a copy of it as well** **The service history for this M3 has been documented from the day it left the factory to present day.** Car is in immaculate condition, Cosmetically and Mechanically. I am the second owner. Clean Auto Check/Car Fax. Absolutely nothing needed. No maintenance items needed or due. (Oil Change recently done, not needed for another year) Absolutely NO issues what so ever. Everything in excellent condition. No accidents/bodywork/paint work ever. The body is in excellent condition with no dings, dents or scratches (no rock chips on hood, front and rear bumpers). The interior has no scratches, marks, rips or fading, nor does the leather. This car is TRULY in Mint condition. Never tracked, Never abused. Never smoked in, Adult owned, Always garaged. Obviously Never seen snow, not even rain. Runs and Drives like a new car. It was maintained in this same manner by the first owner as well. This M3 has been babied its whole life. The M3 E46 is an iconic cult phenomenon and this one is in Pristine Condition with Low Miles, absolutely nothing needed This is my 2002 M3 E46 SMG coupe with 42,987 miles. I am the second owner. I bought this car with 42k miles and I have only put just over 900 miles on it, I only drive it on very nice sunny days. It turns heads every where I go. The M3 E46 has serious horsepower and torque. The transmission is the SMG (has various modes you can choose from), can also set it to fully automatic mode where you would not need to shift, Equipped with Sport Mode button and paddle shifters. Alloy Wheels are OEM 19". New Rear tires, the fronts have plenty of tread on them (approx. 70% tread left), (Rims are in excellent condition, only one of the rims has minor scratch as you can see in the pics), Xenon headlights, Fog Lights, Rear Spoiler, black leather interior, Power windows/doors/mirrors/seats with seat memory, Steering wheel controls for cruise and radio, Harman Kardon sound system, 4 wheel Anti Lock Brakes. Crisp Cold Air Conditioning. Limited Slip Differential, Traction Control (Vehicle Stability Control System). Dinan front tower strut brace, AFE cold air intake (Still have the original air intake system that will go along with the car). Key less Entry, Tire Pressure Monitor System, Trip Computer, Second Row Folding Seat. The rear side windows also open if you are not familiar with the M3 E46 (hence why you see four window controls). All the mirrors are in excellent condition with no fade. Rear parking sensors, All the windows on this car are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks! All original OEM M3 floor mats and OEM M3 trunk mat. Original manuals with original leather case and the two original keys along with the master key.
