1967 Pontiac Tempest Station Wagon with 78,000 original miles. I am listing this for my dad. He bought this car from the original owner in 1984. The car was all original and has the 326 / V-8, Auto trans ( I believe it is a powerglide), PS, & factory A/C. He had it painted in 1995 and it has been sitting in a garage ever since. He is getting older and has decided to sell it. He could not find the keys, so we pulled it out to work on getting it started. I put an ignition switch in it, but that is the only key we have for the Car. (no door or rear door keys). I put fresh gas in it and tried to start it, but no luck. I checked for spark and it had none, so I put a new distrbutor in it and it fired up. We put it in gear and it went in forward and reverse, but we realized it had no brakes. Must have a leak. I believe everything is still original except for the new distributor and paint. The paint is a lite blue, but not the original blue that came on the car. The paint job was driver quality and has some scratches from sitting in a garage for 20 years. The interior is original black , but most will need redone. All the glass is good.The car is a solid original wagon with good frame and floors, but will need completely restored, or fix a few things and use it as a driver.
