Hey Guys and Gals, Up for sale is a 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe 4.7L 289-4V A Code. It is a perfect car for someone looking to build a bad ass Mustang. This car has been sitting for a few years and hasn't been driven at all since being parked. The owner I purchased the vehicle from lived in a bad neighborhood and was afraid of the vehicle being stolen so he parked it in his driveway and put it under a car cover. The previous owner even went as far as running chains through the axles and wheels with pad locks. The motor was rebuilt by Vintage Mustangs in Atlanta almost a decade ago. This car will need a full restoration but is a perfect platform for someone to build an unmolested almost original A Code Mustang coupe. I have gotten the motor to start and it runs beautifully. All the switches and lights work. All the bushings on the car look shot and only 2 tires hold air. The body on this car looks to be in really good shape for being 50 years old. There is some rust on the passenger fender and on both floorboards. The rust on the floorboards looks to be minor and not major. I'm sure a reputable shop can repair the floorboards without having to install new ones. The vehicle looks to be very straight. Only sign of an accident I've noticed is on the rear drivers quarter panel. Looks to have been hit at one point and was repaired. The vehicle looks to have both original quarter panels. This vehicle does NOT come with a Title, It is an original Georgia car but Georgia will not issue a title to it because of the age. Buyer will receive a notarized bill of sale.
