DESCRIPTION: This NO RESERVE auction is for a very low mileage 2004 C5 Chevrolet Corvette convertible that has been super well maintained and pampered. This spectacular car is the Commemorative LeMans Edition which features a special blue metallic color, shale leather interior with special sewn in graphics and individual badges on the exterior of the car. The car is detailed to show and there is no wheel rash. One look under the hood of this car shows anyone how well this car has been taken care of. Access to a CarFax equivilant showed us that this car has no issues at all. Email us if you would like a link that showcases all of that data and we will try and send it to you.We know that most of the people looking at this auction will know much more about this car than we do, so we didn't want to load you down with pages of statistics and features that you can easily access on the internet if you need too. The original window sticker is clearly featured in several of our images and that shows ALL of the options that this car came with, so please take a moment to study those pictures to see all of the many extras that were included with this car. With the exception of the the stainless steel Corsa Exhaust system, this car is 100% stock and original. The owner keeps this car neatly tucked away in his garage and under an expensive cover (shown) that will also be provided to the winning bidder of this auction. As you would expect, all of the original paperwork, manuals, keys, fobs, wheel lock tool, front license plate bracket and other original equipment is still included with the car. Even the introductory factory CD is still in the original plastic wrapper!The car drives like magic and since it is equipped with the 4 speed automatic transmission it allows almost anyone to just get in the car and drive it like a champ. For those not familiar, the convertible top on this car stows neatly in seconds and puts it in full roadster form quite easily. We really enjoyed driving this convertible through a short road test and everything on the car works as designed. The Corsa exhaust has a mellow note so you can really hear the engine working. At the Vintage Auction we are true nit pickers and the only flaws we were able to find on this Corvette are a small shallow paint chip (3/8" shown) on the driver's door and an almost invisible hole (1/8"shown) in the canvas of the top up near the front. The hole (which looks like a moth hole and is probably repairable) doesn't penetrate the top, so no worries in the rain. As with all of our eBay Motors listings we try to let our high resolution photographs tell the story about the vehicles that we are selling. All of the pictures you see were just taken by us and we have shots from many angles including the exterior, engine bay, full interior, and undercarriage. The glare was extremely intense the day we shot the photos, so you may see slight variations in the color and things that appear to be scrapes or scratches, trust us, there are none. We tried some different filters to cut the glare so that altered the color in a couple of the shots. In our opinion the second image below most closely shows the beautiful actual color of this automobile. The clear multiple high resolution images of this car, shown below, will do a much better job of describing the look, style, condition and market value of this vehicle than our words ever could.
