Up for a no reserve auction is a 1967 Chevrolet El Camino that's been restored. The car is in overall very nice condition. The body work is not perfect and falls short of a show car quality but all the hard work is done. The engine is a 68 Corvette motor with 202 camel hump heads, equipped with a Edlebrock carburetor, Aluminum intake, Doug's headers, MSD HEI Distributor, Edlebrock fuel pump and a 3" Aluminum radiator. Engine was rebuilt professionally with less then 500 miles. Flowmaster exhaust Transmission is a TH350 rebuilt professionally about 3,000 miles on. Its equipped with a external trans cooler, and is connected to a B & B floor shifter. The paint was done in Chevy Olympic White and the body has a few minor dings in in places you can see in the pictures. Nothing that can't be fixed by the new owner as he drives the car. Few places in the rear section you can see some waves if you get real close up on it. Paint turned out nice and its a easy color for a shop to match if you decide you want to put the body in show car condition. Its in really nice driver condition. The interior is all new headliner, carpet, seat upholstery and door panels from OPGI. New Retro-Sound stereo gives it the vintage look with a modern upgrades. New Battery, New TILT Steering column, new steering pump, new rear air shocks. Zero rust on this car every panels is in good shape, a new NOS body pan installed. Everything is tight and clean. We added 67 chrome ralleys and new BF Goodrich tires last week. The bumpers have some scratches on them, may want to get them re-chromed for show Performance Suspension added, coil over, tubular A-Arms. adjustable rear air shocks. All the weather striping is new, all new seals, new correct insulation and correct sound deadener installed. The heater controls are brand new, but we didn't get around to hooking them up and we just found out at the last minute that the heater core is bad and will need to be replaced. All the lights and switches work, speedometer works, fuel gauge works. This is a really nice car and would have a 25k price tag if it wasn't for some minor body issues, so here is a good chance to own a good looking El Camino for a great price.
