Vehicle Detail
Up for your consideration is a beautiful 1965 Chrysler Newport. This car is 95% all original. It has only had a few small modern (tasteful) additions; which includes a CD/radio in the glove-box, electric radiator fan (to keep it cool in traffic), and new tires and wheels. It has also had newer brake-lines, and fuel-lines installed. I also just installed a new starter, new spark plugs and wires, fuel filter, radiator hoses, heater core hoses, and countless other tune-up parts (which includes new valve gaskets, and trans pan gasket). The vehicle does not leak! A sample of the parts that will go with it, a new remanufactured 2 bbl carb from Summit Racing, a fuel gauge assembly (the fuel gauge does not work), and the 4 original rims (3 have hubcaps). The car just received a brand new VA State Inspection and passed with flying colors! The car can be driven anywhere, and we have put over 10,000 miles on it in the past year. We get thumbs up from everyone! It only has couple small issues that you might want to address. There is an oops dent in the rear passenger side fender (see pictures). We accidently backed our Jeep's Spare tire into it in our drive-way. It could be corrected by the paint-less dent repair guy. It also has a small tear in the front seat (right next to your left shoulder, as seen in the picture). Lastly, the fuel gauge just recently stopped working, and I have the part so you can use to fix it. Again, the car is capable of being driven across country right now! It needs nothing to be road and/or cruise worthy! I am in the military and am about to move across Country and then deploy overseas. I simply cant keep this toy. Would you like to give her a good home? Please look at my feedback, I have bought and sold numerous cars and motorcycles on eBay, and will never take advantage of anyone.
