Privately owned for twenty years I am now downsizing due to move. This car runs well and is a reliable driver. Car was given a full body off resto @ ten plus years ago and has performed well since. Body was put on a rotisserie and any necessary work was done. Frame was taken to local airport and fully injected with a product used in aircraft to stop rusting in wings and other unreachable places. Frame fully painted, a frames rebuilt. New aluminized exhaust installed. New fuel and brake lines installed. Rear springs rebuilt. (still kinda soft). Steering alignment and camber set. Engine was rebuilt, transmission rebuilt, carb etc too. New seat covers, floor carpet, door panels. Has two tops, new soft top, and beautiful ivory hard top. Power steering with occasional drip. Great for cruising and sunny afternoons. Wide whitewall tires are bias belted and not safe for high speed driving. They have been good for my use but I dont drive the pike. Car has wind wings from a 56 installed which make driving with the top down much more comfortable. All stainless trim is original and in pretty good shape. some scratches but overall nothing big. I am going to hate to see her go but at my age its time. While she has her small blemishes, she is a solid vehicle and needs little work to bring her back to what she looked like when she was freshly restored.
