The van is being listed for the last time. Two bidders two no-shows. Note: The car is being sold as a mechanics special. Due to seized engine, the van will need to be towed. Please do not bid if you are unable to do so. The price is starting at 350 since that is what the local salvage yard will offer me. Due to the previous non-paying bidders, a Non-refundable deposit is required. Van must be moved within 10 days of the end of the auction, unless buyer contacts me with an alternate plan. Failure to pickup the van within 10 days will result in the loss of the deposit and the van will be sold to the local scrap dealer. The car was my father's he gave to us at 150000. Presently the vehicle has somewhere in the 190k's. The oil pressure is low. My mechanic told me I could put in a used engine between 1500-2000 dollars. The transmission was working fine when it was taken off the road, however when my kid moved the van for mowing the engine seized. Any other questions let me know. I would think if you are capable of replacing you own engine this would be a reasonable vehicle.
