Up for sale is my 1947 Chrysler Royal Sedan, a 4 door sedan which just turned 29,000 miles, yes 29,000 miles documented, This is not a restored car, but a all original and absolutely beautiful time capsule, I have not seen all the original 47 Chrysler but I am sure this is one of the best. The pictures speak for the condition of this jewel. I have owned 4 of these Chrysler's and have always loved their style, mainly the Grille and Dash and this one has the prettiest dash I have ever seen. It runs, drives, steers and stops as great as it looks. You ask, how did it survived the years so the History is : The car was sold new in Handover Pa., the then owner bought it back to trade it in on a new 1949 Chrysler, at that time the car had 27,067 mile, the dealer decided for some odd reason to not sell it but stored it upstairs of his dealership where over the years items were put in front of the car and soon it was forgotten until the dealer retired in 1998 and the dealership was sold and the car was discovered, It was taken from storage, Gas tank and Radiator were drained cleaned and serviced, Oil and Filter changed, new fuel pump and complete service of Brake system. The car was then taken to Hershey Pa AACA show where it was purchased by a gentleman who kept it garaged for about 4 years , he added about 900 mile to it, he later sold it to a private museum and I purchased it in 2013 with the mileage 28468. Since I bought it I have Put WWW tires and a new Battery. The Jack is still in the box wrapped in 1946 newspaper All Manuals and other paper work come with car. I have owned many antique and collector cars but this is the cream of the crop, It's not Perfect, but unbelievable nice, It has one small dent under the molding on the left rear fender, A accessory gravel guard would cover. I am selling due to my age and health, I need a beauty with PS,PS and AC, getting old is not for sissy's LOL I reserve the right to cancel the Ad at anytime, due to some local interest in the Chrysler Thanks For viewing my Beautiful Chrysler and good luck bidding.
