Has a small leather scratched off on Driver's seat as shown in the picture. It's not a tear but the layer of the leather came off. I've been told by our mechanic that an upholstery shop can fix it at no more than $50.00. Other than that car is clean without any rips, tears or discolorations of any kind. Please review the photographs that were taken today for eBay. Engine starts right off and has no problems. Car was driven 1500 miles from Canada over 10 days ago without any problems whatsoever. Convertible top warning lights comes on and goes off by itself and may need a mechanic to check and adjust it. Top is like new without any discolorations, rips or wearing off signs. It needs good detailing! This car is part of collection of the owner who I represent. I am assigned to sell this and other 38 cars that I will list from time to time as there is no rush to get rid of them.Most of the cars were kept in Carmel, California. Bidders are highly encouraged to have this car checked by the Audi dealer or the specialist independent shop. I can arrange to be taken to bidder's selected dealer within 35 miles radius of Thousand Oaks city. Bidders must pay for any and all inspections. Bidders are welcome to test drive and check the car at their own convenience. I can make the car available at any time between 9AM and 9PM California time. This is a final sale auction without any expressed or implied warranties or guarantees whatsoever. I've noticed that early in the morning when the car is started there's a little bit of steam or water comes out from the exhaust. I've been told that it is not something to be worried about but my Bentley does not have the same symptoms so I thought to bring it to bidder's attention. Otherwise it drives and function normal without any problems whatsoever. We reserve the right to sell this car outside of eBay. We can keep the car parked where it is on a ranch in Thousand Oaks, CA for up to a month or so for out of California buyers to arrange the transportation.
