This is a great 1981 Z28 Camaro. It was purchase new in Arkansas and has lived here ever since. It was a “field find” and has had a complete frame up restoration. Everything works (at the moment) and it runs and drives great. Has an GM 8 track AM/FM stereo that works great (for 1981). There is a small rattle toward the rear of the car. I have no idea what it is. Only shows up occasionally. The body and paint are solid, but not perfect. It looks great from five feet, but there are imperfections. The car has a clean Arkansas title and I have the build sheet. I did not build the car to sell. We are moving and the car will not pass the SMOG test because of the lack of the original SMOG equipment. All it has for pollution control is the PCV. The motor is a 1975 350 four bolt main. The engine code is TYX with a casting number of 3970010.. The heads are 74-80 76cc with 1.94/1.5 valves with a casting number of 333882. The transmission is a TH350. No idea what year. The car is as is where is. Please see the pictures and ask questions. I will be unavailable to transfer the car to you during the dates from 11 July to 16 July. The car must be picked up by the 21st of July. Classic Auto Air Under Hood Kit with New Compressor, Condenser and Lines Heater Core Engine and Transmission Mounts, Shifter Cable and Flex Plate and Neutral Safety Switch Water Pump, Fan Clutch, Fuel Pump Battery Cables Battery Horns Roller Rockers Starter New Grill and Z28 Emblems. The Body had Rust in the Trunk and Left Rear Lower Quarter. The Rust was Replaced with Patch Panels. There was Minor Rust in the Floor Boards that was Repaired.
