Rare and clean Vanagon GL. This is the last year Volkswagen produced the Vanagon. I bought this car as a project to work on with my daughter, but she never became interested and it is now time to let someone finish where we left off. What has been done: - Brand new motor professionally installed with less than 50 miles on it - New Clutch- New power steering lines running from the engine bay to the front of the van - New Battery - Updated Stereo - Great Bones - Just washed What needs to still be done: - Body is in decent condition, but certainly shows signs of being 24 years old. Few dings and some rust, but nothing that couldn't be looking new with a paint job - Interior is clean, but will certainly need to be brought back to stock standards at some point- Will need to have the transmission rebuilt soon, 3rd gear wines a little Included in the sale:- Spare engine block that could be used to offset the cost of the transmission. The Vanagon is also listed for sale locally and could be pulled from the eBay Auction at any time.
