Hello to all EBayers,Relisted due to Vin Verification issue not realized or noted in previous ad please read fully and only bid if comfortable with conditions of sale as they stand.This car and all the other cars I have listed are located at my shippers in Carson CA , I live in New Zealand and have been buying and Importing car's from the U.S for years as my feedback show's, I have had some major life changes recently and this and all the other car's currently at my shippers Im quitting mostly with no reserve. This Riviera has it original numbers matching engine KX which makes it a 425 c.i. with the Factory 2x4bbl Carter Carburetors and the Chrome Twin Snorkel Air Cleaner & the Finned Aluminum BUICK Valve Covers. (The carbs and engine are frozen.) It is also equipped with Cruise Control, Air Conditioning, Wonderbar AM Delco Radio, Power Steering, Power Windows, Power Seat, Power Brakes, Tilt Steering Wheel, Automatic Transmission and Wire Wheel Discs. THE CAR HAS POSITRACTION SEE LAST PHOTO. I do not know what items work or do not work as I have never even hooked up a battery to it. It still sports it original California Black Plates that go with the car. The car is being sold with a Bill of Sale as it is no longer in the DMV data base and the Title cannot be located. This is a Restoration Project.The Vin tag from the inside door pillar is missing also.No keys also. The body is very straight with one dent on the right rear fender (check the pictures) and the right front fender has some old body filler that is cracking and falling off. The windshield is cracked but the rest of the windows are all good and in good alignment. The interior is all there of course it needs and interior kit. All gauges and radio appear like a used car. There is reasonably significant surface rust to the topside especially the roof but I only noticed one rust through near the rear window on the drivers side. Undercarriage needs to be cleaned and painted did not see rust issues with it or the trunk. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Please be ready to buy when you click. My shipper in the process of being able to export this when that was my intentions had California Highway Patrol (CHP) verify the VIN, since the "public Label" is NOT attached in order to obtain a title for this and it got to the stage described below , I may still be able to action this but are not guaranteeing this but will look into this week and inform , I found an old email that i had missed requesting a "POA " , ever way it doesn't look like it's an impossible fix for me or the next owner.excerpt below : "But so that the documentation can be complete the CHP is requesting an Original Power Of Attorney (POA)I have attached the POA.Please sign and get the document Stamped/ Sealed by a Justice of the Peace or Notarized.Please mail the Original signed and stamped document to us at Foytt at the address below". Happy to look into this for purchaser and will try to before auction ends, but will not guarantee any outcome of any sort till I know where it stands , so at this stage take as no title , no public vin tag unless I inform otherwise , just trying to let everyone know where I got too regarding this and until im certain and have a title or otherwise in hand no promises or implied or suggested.
