1998 Ford Mustang Cobra Car runs and drives great. Lots of power and very fun to drive. This car has been adult owned, garage kept, and stored in the winter. Oil always changed with full synthetic as long as I've owned it. Interior is in great shape. Exterior has scratches and dings that aren't very noticeable. The original owner lived on a gravel road and appears to have kept it in a garage as well. The car shows no signs of ever being driven in snow. The underside is very clean. I am the third owner of this vehicle. The original owner bought the car at Freeway Ford in Freeport Illinois and traded it in 10 years later at the same dealership. The second owner bought the car from the dealership and drove it very little. I have used the car as my daily driver during the summer months and it drives great. Ice cold A/C and recent tires. For a rear wheel drive V8 the car drives very well in the rain. If I have one complaint about the Cobra its that the 5 speed manual transmission is a bit notchy and takes some getting used to. This is typical of the T45 and a short-throw shifter may help. The car is stock with the exception of the Optima battery and oversize cables and new Cobra headlight housings (the originals will go with the car but are hazy). The head unit was replaced by the previous owner with a Kenwood that sounds very good with the factory Mach components. Currently the odometer is at 90835 and will be a bit higher since I continue to drive the car to work. As I said there are dings and scratches but nothing major, no accidents I'm aware of any nothing listed in Carfax. There is a small section on the corner of the hood where it appears something was dropped on it. It is not very noticeable and difficult to show in the pics. I highly suggest coming by to see the vehicle in person and taking it for a drive. The pics don't do a good job of showing all the little imperfections. They really are not very noticeable but I am somewhat particular (I've waxed the car twice this summer). I don't want to sell this car but need to pay some bills.
