Transmission went out. If it is replaced and the AC/heater is fixed, it will be the perfect little car. It runs and starts up just fine! No cracks in windows, interior could use some updating, speakers probably need replacing, mileage is high at 256xxx, but she had some engine work done a year or two ago, and I am sorry ahead of time but I do not personally have the paperwork. It was under my fathers name so he might. Could be used stripped and used for parts or just put in a new transmission and you'll be good to go!! brand new stereo put in a couple months ago as well!! It's a great little car, only takes about $25 to fill my tank, shifts into gear perfectly!!
