1996 VW Passat with the 1.9 TDI turbo diesel, 5 speed manual transmission, power sunroof, power windows and locks, nice cd player. Engine starts right up and runs great. The transmission and clutch also work great. New timing belt and water pump at 92k. The tires are 60% and it has a new Optima battery. The car drives real good and gets average of 50mpg. Very dependable. You could fly in and drive this car home anywhere in the USA. The body and interior are in good condition for the age. The clear is flaking off in some spots, but still looks and shines good for original paint. The interior is in good shape. all the power options work as they should. There are a few cosmetic defects. The 2 wheel caps are missing on the passenger side. The original clock in the dash does not light up. The digital odometer is kinda hard to read (see picture). All are cosmetic issues.
