1958 Corvette Convertible provides a great foundation for a future show stopper. Frame, body, chrome, and interior are in great condition. Please note the following details:- Engine is 307, 8 cyl that fires right up and runs strong. You can bark the tires in first 3 gears.- Here's what has been done already: new battery, plugs, wires, coil, air filter, new intake manifold kit, Holley 4 barrel carb, replaced ignition with electronic, new Coil flame thrower/valve covers/breather, new radiator hoses/cleaned and painted radiator, professionally cleaned gas tank, new fuel filter/fuel and vacuum hoses, wire loom, new brakes/lines/master cyl, 4 new shock absorbers, new turn signal assembly- Lock assembly and key have been purchased for trunk but not installed- Minimal surface rust on sections of frame (car was stored in warehouse for 15 years before I got it)- Has been re-painted at some point and paint is rough but body is solid- Chrome bumpers are in excellent condition- Convertible top functions properly and is in very good condition- Upholstery and carpet are in good condition- Trunk is solid - no rust- Good tires with Cragar mags - original wheels/hub caps were not with the car- Has one oil drip from near the transmission - no more than a couple of drops a day.
