Up for sale is a 2005 Chevrolet Kodiak C4500 truck. It has a 6.6 Liter Duramax Turbo Diesel motor and backs to an Allison automatic transmission. It is a local 1 owner truck from here in sunny rust free Phoenix, Arizona. This Kodiak was purchased brand new by the Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving and was used exclusively to tow a single car trailer with a Corvette and their racing school display to various automotive events around the country but mostly in the Southwest U.S. Since this was their rolling billboard it was always kept in tip top condition. It was fanatically maintained as you would expect from the top racing school in the country either in their own race shop or the local Chevy dealer. It is totally stock and unmolested and has had only a few items added to the truck. The truck is actually white and has been wrapped in shiny black. The wrap can come off at any time but looks great in black and has only been on the truck for about 1 1/2 years. The hauler bed was installed when it was new and has a plate which fits either a gooseneck or a fifth wheel. It also has a class V bumper pull hitch. The bed has both stock fuel tanks and a large auxiliary fuel tank and an electric transfer pump so it can carry around 100 gallons for those long hauls. Both front seats are covered in leather and both seats have the optional air ride. It is also equipped with power windows, power locks, power mirrors, keyless entry, cruise control, Jake Brake, PTO and Alcoa aluminum wheels. The only added items added after it was purchased new are tinted windows and a CB radio installed. Within the last 100 miles it has had a service at the Chevy dealership which included an oil change, air filter replacement, serpentine belt replaced and a brake fluid flush. It had all 7 tires replaced 2,000 miles ago (6 plus the spare) with Goodyear G load rated tires. Everything on the truck works as it should and since it was registered for commercial use it had to get annual DOT inspections to make sure everything was up to code. I would not hesitate to jump in this and drive it across the country as it sits right now and is a total turn key need nothing truck as it sits right now.
