1991 Jaguar XJS V12 convertible, 27,700 original miles. Clear title, accident free, running and driving project. Car has been in storage since 2002, all original including original Jag belts. Car runs and drives. but needs tune up and good cleaning. Leather and top in great shape, no rips or tears, glass good all around. Passenger rear quarter window inop, but can be put up or down manually. Slight dent in passenger front fender where it rolled into a bench. Power antennae needs work. Surge tank cleaned, new fuel pump, injectors (x12), fuel lines, still needs coolant and brake flush, new tires (tires hold air but have been on the car since being stored). I'm the third owner and got it out of storage 2 years ago. Should be great project, low mileage all original Jag V12 convertible - just have too many other projects and this one is the farthest along and its time to let it go to someone who has the time to put it back on the road. Buyer is responsible for shipping but I will assist with pickup any way I can.. On Jun-09-15 at 19:07:09 PDT, seller added the following information: I've had many requests for additional pictures underneath the car, so I've added 4 (max I can add for the listing). Also had many questions I'll try to answer here: 1). The color is not Champagne, but something Jaguar calls Oyster metallic (thanks!) and yes, it is all original paint - no respray. 2). Yes, all the panels have a sticker that has the VIN number (Thanks again, didn't know Jag did that). 3). No rust underneath as you can see (sorry about the cobwebs!), yes they are the original mufflers. 4). Fuel gauge has stopped working, don't know why. 5). Why didn't I change out all the hoses, belts, etc. - because they are Jag branded and when I decided to sell the car I wanted to show it's originality. The fuel pump, filters, injectors, and fuel lines were changed to get it running. I will include the original injectors if the buyer wants them. 6). No I won't list what the reserve is, but I will say it is considerably less than the car would part out for. I would just hate to see this car cut up, it's in entirely too good a shape! This is a running, driving, stopping car that would be great for someone who doesn't mind putting a little time in to get it back on the road, this is NOT a car that needs a rebuild - just some elbow grease and some normal maintenance due to its being stored!
