Two-owner, rugged, torquey, and ready Jeep Liberty Limited CRD 2.8L diesel for sale. I am a former European car mechanic and ASE certified master technician. I have meticulously maintained this Jeep Liberty CRD-performing differential services, transmission service, oil changes, fuel filter, and air filter changes as necessary. I have always used Mobile One 0W-40 as required by Jeep for the European V.M. Motori-sourced diesel 4 cylinder engine. The engine mounts, ignition switch, front strut clevis bushings, timing belt, serpentine belt, viscous fan clutch, water pump and thermostat have all been replaced. The tires are BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KOs with about 50% tread remaining. There are a few blemishes here and there as typically experienced on a ten-year-old vehicle: there is a small dent in the driver's rear quarter panel, and a few other parking lot dings. These are minor and are pictured for you to see. Otherwise this Jeep Liberty CRD runs, drives, and rides excellent. It has Green Diesel Engineering's Eco Tune for better torque and improved fuel economy. My real world experience has been 20 and 27 mpg for fill-ups. This truck tows great, and is a lot of fun for camping and getting into the back country. The only trouble I have ever had occurred when the the ignition cylinder pin broke off inside the ignition switch. This is a common failure and an easy fix. I installed the Dorman improved ignition lock cylinder for reliability. Jeep accessories include roof light bar, nerf bars (running boards), front bumper and grille guard, roof basket, and mud flaps. I will also include rear brake pads and rotors. The rear brakes are getting a bit low and I bought new pads and rotors to have when the time comes. I also have a new transmission filter and sealant, extra fuel filter, and a couple of extra Mann OEM oil filters. The interior carpet as well as the rear cargo compartment has always been covered by Husky all-weather mud and snow heavy duty floor mats. The seats look great and provide plenty of support and comfort for long drives. The stereo CD changer and radio work, the steering wheel controls work, the power seats work, the door locks work, the power windows work, the power mirrors work, the information center works and provides average mpg, fuel range, compass, thermometer, trip miles, trip time driving, service reminder, tire pressure, and door and rear gate status. I have two keys and the owner's manual. I replaced the stock Optima Red Top battery with an Optima Yellow Top for better charge retention. The paint looks great-bright and shiny. There is a rock-chip in the windshield that was sealed to prevent it from becoming a crack. It was there when I purchased the vehicle so the crack prevention must work. It has a tilt steering wheel which helps finding the perfect driving position for long hauls. There are no leaks and no rust. This Jeep was a Tucson Arizona truck before I bought it there and drove it to New Mexico, where it has been ever since. Thanks for looking and good luck.
