This car came from my 93 year old late great uncle's farm where it sat for decades. The tires hold air and the car rolls and steers for loading but doesnt run or have brakes. I have a clean title for it. Its only been available for purchase for a few days. Reserve is set under 3 grand but until reserve is met it will be for sale locally to best offer. Factory V8 car with 3 speed on the column but swapped to floor shift. My great uncle said this was the original 283 engine and drivetrain, but Im unsure how to verify it. I havent tried turning it over so plan on it being stuck. The car has most of its trim inside and out. Original color of Harbor Blue with black and blue interior. Seats are incorrect, from a 4 door or something else entirely. Boxed frame is toast, rotted throughout. The floor pans are shot, along with the quarters, and inner and outter rockers, rust, etc, rot everywhere in this iowa car. The doors are rough but they open/close and latch. The windows are cracked and dont function well. Bumpers are in bad shape. The hood seems good, opens with working hinges, working safety latche. Front fenders are in pretty bad shape. The trunk pan is impressive for an iowa car but still needs alot of work. The trunk lid doesnt latch. The roof skin has a soft spot along the passenger side drip rail but otherwise pretty solid and not beat up. Overall this is a pretty complete project / parts car that comes with a title. Vehicle is sold AS-IS where is. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and concerns. Make sure transporter has a winch. The vehicle is fine sitting on my property for a few weeks awaiting transport. A NON-refundable deposit of $200 is due within 24 hours of listing end. Full payment is due through wire transfer or cash in person within 3 days of listing end.
