This is a very rare opportunity to own a true classic just out of storage. It is a 1978 Corvette Limited Edition 25th Anniversary Pace Car with just 1,512 original miles! It's been in storage the last 10 years collecting dust, (which we did not remove). This Limited Edition came with black and silver paint, polished aluminum wheels with a red stripe, mirrored glass T-Tops, and an Indianapolis 500 decal kit which was delivered with the car, but has not been installed yet! It has the standard L-48 engine, automatic transmission, optional cruise control, as well as the standard power windows and locks, tilt/telescopic steering column, A/C, Am/FM/8-Track player, and rear defrost. Everything about this car is original except the alternator (come on GM!). The tires, brakes, paint, interior, EVERYTHING is original. It drives like a NEW CAR. Nice tight feel. The engine, transmission and drivability are 100%! The interior needs cleaning. Some rug pieces need to be glued. The heater control has fallen in a bit and needs adjustment. There is NO WEAR AT ALL on the seats, steering wheel, rugs, etc. Just light dirt. The body is 100% original. There is a scratch on the left front fender over the tire (see pic) and a small crack in the fiberglass over the right front tire (see pic). The paint needs gentle restoration and we did not want to touch it! The undercarriage looks great. Mufflers, frame, etc. Car was in clean, dry, storage. Car has its T-Top covers as well as a complete car cover! This would be a wonderful addition to anyone's collection. Happy bidding.
