Vehicle Detail
I have a 1973 Honda CB350 Restomod. A lot of things have been done to this bike. The bike was torn completely apart, and the frame was painted in a gloss black industrial enamel. The gas tank has been professionally painted a beautiful metallic red, which looks great in the sun. The gas tank has new petcock and gas cap. The bike has original chrome fenders, and wheels, which look pretty good for being over 40 years old after a little buffing. The seat is in good condition with two little tears. The tires are fairly new, with under 200 miles on them. Also installed were new throttle and clutch cables. I have decided to make this bike as streamline as possible with no mirrors or turn signals. It also has a new smaller battery tucked under the seat, to keep with the simple vintage look. The bike has been equipped with Rick's Electric regulator rectifier combo and upgraded stator, which is a must with these bikes. It also has a Pamco Electronic ignition with electronic spark advance, so no more setting points. It also has new coils. The carbs were torn apart and cleaned. New float bowl gasket, needle and seat were installed. UNI Filters are on the bike. This bike is currently a kick start only bike, which it normally starts on the first or second kick. It has an aftermarket exhaust, which gives it a nice rumble. The exhaust has removable baffles if you wanted to put in some fiberglass to quiet it down some as well. This bike is great for cruising around town, and is sure to be a conversation starter. It has rebuilt brake master cylinder, and new pads. They squeak a little. The bike does not have the original motor in it, but I was told the miles on the current motor are similar to what the original had on it. The engine idles good, and drives well. The bad on this bike: it has a crack in the headlamp housing, and a crack on the tachometer output housing on the motor. The tach still works properly, just wiggles a little extra than normal. The center stand went missing somewhere, so it does not have that on it. Please look over pictures or ask questions if you would like any more information. Thanks for viewing this auction!! I reserve the right to end the auction early as the bike is for sale locally.
