The headliner is sagging as is the case with most e36’s and there are two tears in the driver’s seat. Two calipers started dragging last season and I have not fixed the issue. If you buy this car it will need new calipers, rotors, and brake pads before it can be a daily driver. I strongly encourage you to come see the car! With 150k miles, there are imperfections. If you want a mint M3, take $17k and go buy one! If you want a strong M3 that you won’t feel bad using as a daily driver, this is the one. Reason for selling. The car sits in a garage during the winter and only comes out to play during the summer. I hate to sell it, especially since the price is increasing over the last few years, but I need to free up the garage space and I prefer to have the money for other hobbies.
