You are bidding on very clean, fully loaded Ford Focus SEL 4 door sedan with only 43,780 miles. The factory tires were replaced at 32,536 miles on April 1, 2014 with a set of Goodyear Allegra tires rated for 65,000 miles, so there are only about 10,000 miles on the new tires. We bought this car in August, 2012 with about 22,500 miles on it, and it has run very well the entire time we have owned it. It has been garage kept and my son used it to commute to the local campus of Purdue University and to go to work in a nearby shopping center. In the 32 months since purchase it has a averaged only about 665 miles per month, and all regularly scheduled maintenance has been performed. He no longer needs a car as school is wrapping up, so we are selling it on eBay in an auction with a very low opening bid. In addition to the options listed above, it has rain sensing wipers, dual climate control, back up sensors and SYNCH by Microsoft ipod integration. The car has no rust, virtually no scratches, and a very clean, almost new interior. The Edmunds Private Party value with these options and mileage is $12,000 but the opening bid is well below that, and it will go to the highest bidder. I do notice a slight rattle going over very bumpy roads coming from around the spare tire compartment in the trunk, but it is quiet on the highway and normal streets. I just took it on a trip to Indianapolis and Bloomington, IN and went 385 miles on 11 gallons of regular, or 35 MPG and ran very well. This is a no reserve auction, and a deposit of $250 is due within 48 hours of auction end. This is local pickup only, and I would like to have the car paid for and picked up within 7 days of sale.
