1956 Ford Thunderbird Offered for sale is an absolutely beautiful mechanically excellent 1956 Ford Thunderbird. Finished in stunning Raven Black over black and white interior. This Thunderbird has been in the ownership of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Moore of Sun Lakes, AZ for several years until we were able to acquire it this year from there estate. Always garaged and meticulously maintained and always used as a “pride and joy” weekend driver in fair weather only, the car has been out of the elements its entire life. It is cloaked by a lovely Raven Black finish that is marred by only minor imperfections. The cars body is original retaining good panel fit and gaps. All the glass and bright work is in excellent condition although the windshield does have some pitting. The cars trunk and undercarriage are both original and exceptionally sound and solid. Corrosion is not an issue for this Thunderbird. The cars interior is equally clean and the seats are free of any rips, tears, or split seams. The car is completely sorted mechanically and is an absolute pleasure to drive. The 312 ci engine starts easily, idles consistently and pulls strongly and smoothly through each of the transmissions gears. Ride quality is excellent, the suspension and brakes each function as the should. Of all the T-birds we've had I can safely say this one is the nicest and most pleasurable to drive.
