I have a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution MR in good condition with approx 50k miles on it. It does have fog lights missing as well as a cracked windshield, after purchase i will replace windshield prior to pickup. It also has a Cat-back exhaust as well as aftermarket waste gate, it has slightly modded internals. Unsure of internal mods as i have not tore down the engine. Other than tires there isn't anything else that really needs to be done.
