I am a private seller and the second owner of this silver 2005 Volkswagen Golf TDI Turbo Diesel 1.9L with only 158K miles. Its a 5 speed manual, fuel efficient compact daily driver. I own it since July 2014 and its been a pleasure driving it all the time. I installed a brand new turbocharger at 116k miles. Timing was done at 105k based on a sticker found under hood. Starts easy every time and drives amazing. Front struts may need be replaced sometime. One side of rear seat folding latch is broken and seat wont fold. Never been in an accident, airbag light turned on after I disconnected front seats to vacuum a carpet, just needs a soft reset. All power works, great premium monsoon sound. good working sunroof, all windows work. No rust anywhere except what you see on both front fenders. Does have some kind of noise coming from transmission; mostly heard at 35mph. You may hear the recording of that here. Same noise every time on any gear for as long as I own it. No effect from gear oil changes. Recently drove cross country nicely and easily. Cosmetically, normal wear, fair scratches and dents. you may see all of that from photos. Interior is clean, but the armrest may need to be replaced. Personally serviced with only full synthetic 5w40 oil changes regularly. Good working cold AC. car is located in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
