I am selling my '83 Mercedes 240D. I am the second owner and I bought this car from a family friend, who was also the original owner, this last October. I am selling it since I have moved into a new apartment and do not have the parking space for both of my cars anymore. The car is in excellent condition both in and out, there are no cracks in the leather and the engine runs great. The sunroof is also fully functional. Windows and locks are manual, not power. It is a 4 speed manual transmission and with only 183k miles this car is still cherry since diesel engines are known to run well above 500k+ miles.The only fault with the car is a hole in the upholstery in the ceiling in the back seat, which was caused by my wife pulling her skis out of the back of the car at the wrong angle and thereby making the hole. I am willing to negotiate on the asking price; however, I know what this car is worth and I am in no rush to sell it, so please, no low ballers.
