This is the law enforcement version of the Ford Crown Victoria Sedan. It's powered by a 4.6L V-8 Engine which runs on either regular fuel, or E85 "flex fuel" which is typically 50-60 cents gallon cheaper than regular unleaded. This example includes a 4 speed automatic transmission, power drivers seat, power heated exterior mirrors, power adjustable pedals, and tire pressure monitoring system.17 Inch impact-resistant wheels along with a heavy duty frame and suspension provide a comfortable, solid ride either in the city or for highway driving! I have owned several of these cars, and they are reliable, safe, comfortable, and surprisingly get over 20MPG average. I am selling this car to get something smaller as I live in the city now. Exterior 9/10 - the car was recently painted all black professionally by a local body shop. (was originally a black-and-white patrol car) Paint is new and shiny with just a few very minor scuffs here and there... overall the exterior is in great shape.Interior 9/10 - Interior is clean, and has less holes, etc, than most police service vehicles do, but it does have a small tear on the passenger seat (side) - see photos. Vinyl backseat looks brand new. Headliner is in great shape as well. Rear door rods have been connected, doors and power windows work from inside, unlike the police issue cars. Overall in excellent shape.Motor/Mechanical 10/10 - Car runs great, doesn't leak a drop of any fluid. Has newer silicone hoses throughout (see photos) battery is good, transmission shifts quietly and smoothly.A/C works ICE COLD, heat is hot, all options function as they should. Police spotlight is in working condition as well with a new bulb. This car also has extremely low engine hours (@ 2570) which is very low for a car of this age and mileage. This is a good thing - means the car didn't spend much time sitting idling (Most that I have seen are over 4,000)Suspension - 9/10 - Heavy duty suspension serves this car well, it rides smooth and straight, and has four matching Goodyear Eagle tires. Rear tires look new with probably 70% tread remaining. Front tires slightly more worn, but have a LOT of life left in them (easily 60% remaining) Car stops straight and brakes are firm with no fade. One last detail - this car does not come with a spare tire or jack - unfortunately they weren't in the trunk when I purchased the car. However, these are pretty very common and would be inexpensive to pick up a spare from a local tire shop. Great newer car in really good shape for work, road trips, kids, etc. Bid with confidence! If you are looking for a late model Interceptor that is already all black with all options working, and corrected rear doors and windows this is your car!!! Looks sharp in black, runs and drives flawlessly. Absolute NO RESERVE auction - highest bidder wins the car no matter what... I don't have space for this car anymore, so it has to go! Note: mileage may change very slightly.... I drive the car to work occasionally still about 30 miles round trip.
