The truck is being sold "as is" and the buyer can not hold Garrett County Government, Garrett County Sheriff's Department , Garrett County Narcotics Task Force or Maryland State Police liable for misprints, description authenticity, or defects of the truck. The truck must be paid in full upon pick-up and within 10 days of the close of the auction.
