Recent trade-in for my RC Engineering CB750F2 is this beautifully restored SL350K1 Motosport 350. This model is kick-start only, as the electric starters were deleted from the factory to save weight. Build date is on 10/70. According to builder:"I purchased the bike and restored it about 2 1/2 years ago. The frame was powder coated and the gas tank etc were professionally painted. I completely rebuilt the motor with all new gaskets and seals. The cylinders were honed and new rings installed. The valves were cleaned up and re-seated. The engine cases were polished and the rest painted. Both wheels are brand new with new spokes as well. Both tires are brand new. There are a lot of other new parts on this bike and too many to list. The mufflers are solid. The right side has no welds on it and no fillers. The left side has a welded on patch, which if you look close you can see it in the picture with the trophy. The headers are finished in a special baked on ceramic enamel and will not discolor. The bike has been in three shows including the Quail Motorcycle Gathering. We won second place at a Super Show put on by Budweiser here in Monterey. Bike has only some break-in miles since the build and will have a fresh oil change and tune-up prior to sale. Current tags, ready to drive away, park it in your living room or show at upcoming events.
